Every number on the table.

Most buyers get one number and a smile. You get the whole breakdown — supplier price, freight, surcharges, duties, clearing and our fee — local and import side by side.

  • No mark-up buried in the supplier price
  • Our fee on its own line, every time
  • Local vs import compared on delivered cost, not sticker price

FAQ

Straight answers.

How do your fees work?

Our fee is shown on its own line in every quote. You pay 70% when you accept a quote and 30% on shipping or delivery documents — nothing before you’ve seen the full quote.

Can I repeat a previous order?

Yes. Ordered before? Repeat it with one WhatsApp message — just your reference number. No forms, no part numbers.

How long does an import take?

As a rough guide: air freight is usually 1–3 weeks door to door, sea freight 6–12 weeks including clearing at Durban. Local stock is often days. Every quote states its own lead time, so you can weigh price against speed.

What do you need from me to quote?

The part or item number if you have it, the full specifications, and a photo of the original part or its identification/name plate. A WhatsApp message with those is enough to start.

Where do you operate?

We’re based in Benoni, Gauteng, and serve South Africa and West Africa — importing into South Africa and exporting from South Africa into West Africa.

Is the example cost table a real quote?

No. It’s an illustration of how our quotes are laid out, with made-up figures. Your quote shows real prices, freight, duties and our fee on the same lines.
